Gaye at Little Augury sent me this photo saying she wished American painter Charles Courtney Curran (1861–1942) would have included a dog in one of his windblown-women-with-white dresses-standing-on-a-cliff-in-the-summertime paintings. I cannot find one for her, but I did remember these by his contemporary John White Alexander (1856-1915), that I thought she might enjoy.
